  • Appropriate Clothing (No cut offs – shorts must be no higher than 2 inches above the knee, halter tops, tank tops, revealing blouses, hats or T-shirts with addiction related slogans, no gang related items).
  • House slippers, Sandals, and Tennis Shoes
  • Phone Card
  • Safety Razors/Shaving Cream (w/o pressure valve)
  • Solid Deodorant
  • Tooth Paste
  • Bath Soap
  • Body Lotion (Moisturizer)
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Make-up (No glitter, Nail Polish remover, mirrors, mirrors in compacts, tweezers, metal applicators, glass casing, perfume, cologne, or body spray. Foam applicators only.)
  • Fingernail and Toenail clippers (these will be kept by staff)
  • Q/tips
  • Cotton Balls
  • Soaping Facial Cleansing Clothes
  • Body Wash
  • Laundry Detergent (Liquid)
  • Dryer Sheets
  • Towels and Washcloths, sponges without strings
  • Picture of Family only (client will receive picture after reaching and maintaining Phase 1 for one week.)
  • Belt (are to be worn at all times by male clients)
