A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTORS

An Invitation to Continued Recovery

We are recovering alcoholics, long-time personal friends, and have been active in the field of chemical dependency and co-dependency treatment since 1981.

We are familiar with the devastating effects of alcoholism and drug dependency upon victims and their loved ones. We understand the physical, mental, and spiritual pain of addiction. We, like thousands of others, have lived through this pain, but with recovery, we are now living without it.

We have learned that in a caring, supportive environment, each of us has the opportunity to make a new beginning - a beginning not only in the understanding and acceptance of our addictions as diseases, and not only in learning the skills to cope with our diseases, but in the true awakening and understanding of ourselves. It is our basic philosophy that a life lived in self-honesty, "one day at a time," is the foundation upon which growth and recovery are built.
