Sick Call: 7:30 AM
Roll Call: 7:30 AM – In Apartments (Monday through Friday)
8:00 AM – Community Roll Call Taken before morning exercise
Roll Call is also taken before morning meditation and afternoon exercises.
10:00 AM – Saturday and Sunday: Roll call and group
Morning Exercise: 8:00 AM: 8:15 AM Monday through Friday.
Clients take a walk as a group.
The purpose of this is not to break a sweat, just to limber up for the day.
Morning Meditation: 8:15 AM-8:35 AM, Monday through Friday.
During meditation we read as a group from out meditation books
(24 hours a day, Keep it Simple, etc…)
NO smoking, food or drinks. Please bring your meditation books.
Work Detail: 8:45 AM: 9:15 AM, Monday through Friday.
All work that is assigned shall be self explanatory.
If you have any questions, consult your peers or ask the staff member on duty.
Journaling: 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Clients will meet in the group rooms to write in their daily journals.
Please: No talking, smoking, food or drinks.
Big Book Study: The purpose of this group is to improve understanding of the Big Book.
Clients read passages from the Big Book, then share insights and interpretations.
Afternoon Exercise Period: 2:00 PM : 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Volleyball or other activity as instructed.
Evening Meal: 5:30: 5:50 PM Monday through Friday.
Dinner Roll call.
All clients not on pass must be present for the evening meal.
Individual Session with your counselor will be scheduled by your counselor.
